To found a Pauper Party of Ontario Constituency Association, you need an Executive
comprised of a President, Secretary, Financial Officer, Internet Officer and any other
officers the membership may choose to elect.

1) Invite all members to a Constituency Association Founding Meeting where an
Interim Executive will be elected.

After you reach 100 members, or yearly, hold a convention to elect your officers.

The President is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for everything.

The Secretary takes minutes and records any resolutions, done online.

The Financial Officer handles the Contributions and Tax Credits due.

The Internet Officer uploads the local Gold Nugget Directory to the global network.
